FLR (M) question (financial)

Post by relaxingh » Tue Jun 13, 2017 6:01 am

Hi

I am the director of a uk company and recently applied for my wife's first extension in 5 year route. I filled the application and sent the supporting documents. At the time of application my company year had ended so the accounts for previous financial year were not ready. So i sent in the documents for 2016.

The HO came back requesting documents for 2017. As i was preparing them i noticed that i hadnt declared dividends for 2017 which means that the income for 2017 fallls short of the requirement. However the income for past 2 year combined is above the requirement.

My questions are, would they consider the application under catwgory g even though f was selected in the application. Also in the event of a refusal, what is the way to appeal/repapply as we have a 1 year old.

Thanks.
