I tried unsuccessfully to get my Ukrainian wife into the country on a visa . As part of the process I was asked to pay IHS surcharge which according to GOV.UK website is refundable in the case of a visa refusal. the appeal for my wife's visa was unsuccessful in January and have since re-applied for another visa in which I have yet again paid for another IHS refund. In the meantime the only response regarding my IHS refund is that the process was started on the 23rd of March of this month. The process of getting in touch with UK visas and immigration and changed and the numbers provided on the Government website does not cover the option of talking to someone about the refund. If anyone can offer advise I would be most grateful.
