Dear Gurus,
What about English language test awarding in 2015 for initial visa?
Item 251 in: Tier 1(Entrepreneur) Policy Guidance version 04/2017 - Page 63
& 66 confused me, there are a condition for how to make verification.

234.You can also meet the English language requirement, without the need to provide evidence, if you were last given permission to stay in the UK:
under Tier 1 (General), Tier 1 (Graduate Entrepreneur), Tier 1 (Post-Study Work) or Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) and are applying for an extension of leave to remain;

251. For all tests sat after 6 April 2013, you should ensure that your results are available to the Home Office on the online verification systems provided by the awarding body. Where you fail to do this no points will be awarded for English language.
I met English test points in my initial application, but I wonder about item 251.

Could you please clarify what does item 251 mean?

If you are submitting an English test, it must be recognised by HMRC. For example TOEIC is not acceptable.
