I (Non EEA, on 5yrs residence card expiring in May 2018) + Wife (EEA National) will be applying for PR in October 2017.
As Wife is the sponsor and working continuously and will be completing 5 yrs of continuous employment on 26th October 2017 my question is:
1. can she finish her job once we send the application?
2. has any one had any experience that they ring and check with your employer or they only check your last 5 years of tax record with home office?
3. as the application process is 6 months and we are applying together. if the application process is quicker for EEA national then i can send only hers first and then mine?
