Tier 2 ICT switching options

Hi,
I am looking for a help from forum for my friend who is in UK.

She is on Tier 2 ICT long term staff visa granted in 2011.

Q1:she can switch to tier 2 ICT in country to another employer?

Q2:She can switch to Tier 2 general in country wth another employer?

pls can any one give a reply..

ICT is Intra Company Transfer meaning a company transfers an employee who has served 12 months or more in a different country to the UK. As a result, there is no concept of ICT switch across employers

Q2:She can switch to Tier 2 general in country wth another employer?
