The 15 days is extremely misleading and only applies to visit Visas. Priority means that your application will be considered ahead of other applications received in the same month. If you want a realistic timeline for priority, it is within 60 days and typically between 40 and 45 working days. Also, just a polite note on etiquette, if you wish to ask a question, you should start your own thread and not use somebody elses.
I'm not an expert and only answer from my personal experience and understanding of the rules. Spouse Settlement Visa Granted for my wife July 2017. You should not take my advice as absolute.

that's what i fond *

Settlement Priority Visa Service £551
UK Visas & Immigration offers a standard 60 working day service to customers applying for a settlement visa.
The Settlement Priority Visa Service ensures that your application will be processed at the front of the queue. We aim to process Settlement Priority Visas within 15 working days from the date of your appointment at the UK Visa Application Centre.

Please note: Using the Priority Visa Service will not influence the outcome of your visa application. The Priority Visa fee is not refundable if your visa application is refused or in the unlikely event we are not able to meet the advertised processing time. It is not possible to purchase this service after you have submitted your application at the UK Visa Application Centre. This service is not available to customers applying for an EEA Family Permit, Family Reunion or to those who have not paid the full settlement visa fee.

Yes, unfortunately it says "we aim" and not "we will". Completely misleading and ambiguous. I've just completed 42 working days today on priority application. There is not one person on this site that I'm aware of who has had a priority application completed recently in less than 37 days.

Hi,

I just checked visa processing times om :

https://visa-processingtimes.homeoffice ... settlement

It says can take upto 60 working days. I would therefore recommend you wait for atleast 20 working days before trying to escalate the case.

I have been reading on the forum with regards to other countries. It does appear even those that pay priority still are waiting despite paying. Some have been cleared though and some have also been told it depends on individual cases in terms of simple or complexity.
