Part time salary & hour requirement

Hi there,

I am working at a company who is considering to apply Tier 2 for me (currently on Tier 5 visa). My current working hours is 32 hours per week (4 days) with £30k annual earning(before prorata, after pro-rata it is £24k)

Two questions:
- Can I apply for Tier 2 Gen if I am not employed full time but only 32 hours per week (4 days)?
- How will HMRC consider my PT salary level? do I still meet the minimum requirement of £30k annual earning per year now? or I need to earn £30k for working PT(32hours per week)?
