Suggestions to switch from tire 2 to ILR

Post by Priyaraj » Sat Jun 24, 2017 1:40 pm

Hi, I'm looking for suggestions from the board as I'm in tire 2 sponsored visa status, and the company visa has revoked couple of months ago. I still dint receive the 60days curtailment letter.

I'm looking for suggestions to extend my visa status as I need 4years more to complete 10years stay in UK.

I have applied for PhD course and switch to tire 4 visa but not received no positive response from the universities till date.

Is there any other ways that I can extend my visa status. Kindly give me ur valueble suggestions for the same.

Thank you.
Priya.

How long have you been on Tier 2 General already?

How are you supporting yourself financially?

Have you look for another sponsor?

4 years is a long way to go to qualify for ILR anyway and unless you qualify for Tier 4 or Tier 1 Ent or another Tier 2, there are no other options for you unless you have a partner on ILR or one who is British.

Thank you for ur reply.. I was on tire 2 form 2015-2017 approximately 2years.
Before that I was on tire 4visa and I completed my study in Msc(advanced nursing studies), and Mba (genral).

I had a workpermit sponsor visa till 2019. But unfortunately the company got revoked and I'm stuck with no suggestions to carry forward my visa status.

When was their license revoked and why was it revoked?

You really need to be trying to find another sponsor as soon as possible. You cannot do any form of work until you do this.

Do you have dependents here with you?

You will need to find a sponsor based on what your expertise and experience is using the sponsor list as a starting point. Members are not permitted to recommend companies.
