EEA PR application rejected

Post by alan_ho2701 » Tue Jun 27, 2017 9:27 pm

Hi all,

Thanks for reading this topic and any advice given.

I recently had my PR application rejected because i didn't have health insurance whilst i'm studying in university between 2009-2012. Although i have lived here for other 20 years and studied before that!

Between 2012 to February 2017 (when i applied) i have worked and the decision letter states that they count me as a qualified person who have worked for 4 years up until 2016. I have now got a letter from my employer to show i have work all the way until April 2017.

The problem is because of all the uncertainty of brexit i have found a job in China and have yet to submit my new application because of it. Would i still get my PR even though i'm going to work outside EU?

My new jobs starts in August and if anyone could give me some advice it would be much appreciated?

If more information is needed please let me know.

Many Thanks to you all wonderful people

If you have the missing paperwork that shows that you work toward that 2017 and i hope you got that letter from HMRC then you may go ahead and re apply again and it will be issued.

However, if you choose to work outside the UK for more than 2 years in one go you will lose your PR status automatically so it's your choice.
It is really good to help and everyone deserve to be respected in life. Good luck.
