Hi guys, we are also in similar position. need some urgent advice. My wife's pay is divided into base pay and variable pay(both together shown in the offer letter and to meet the Tier2 salary requirements approx 2 years back). Her company pays base pay alone and the variable pay is still on hold for credit into account. So, her payslip shows one figure and the bank statement salary credits show another figure. How to deal with this situation? She gets around 1000 credited every month.

Can we not submit her bank statements and show the 90 days maintenance funds in my account india and get an additional maintenance letter from her company to be on safe side. She prefers not to submit her bank statements, but she is ok to show her payslip. We don't need any complications happening. Need some urgent clarity here.
