Need Help

Post by WorriedMother » Thu Jun 29, 2017 7:54 pm

I am on 5 years route on spouse visa. My application for ILR is due Jan 2019.I am mother of one andhalf year old daughter. (British National).we are going to get devorce. If I inform UKBA , do I need to leave uk immediately after devorce? Will I be able to continue staying in .u.k.? As back home , I have no family to go to.and my sister is settled in USA.what are my chances to continue staying in UK? We are married for 7 years.

If you separate from your husband and your relationship is no longer subsisting, you should submit a FLR(FP) PARENT route application.
