No need for a new one. The airports here have x-ray facilities if they feel it is needed.

Hi need advice please shall I wait till 31st October or shall I contact them for a follow up on what's going on I applied 31 may 2017. I Never called them before. What would you do?

I contacted them after 31st October email 12.10.17 and received not straightforward email as an answer to my request. I contacted them again 17.10.17 and was informed that decision was made. I don't know what the decision yet but at least the made it 10 months after I applied...

Tatiana i also got not straight forward email with this on the end...'We cannot give a time scale for when a decision will be made, however I have escalated this to the appropriate Entry Clearance team so that it can be progressed as quickly as possible' did you also get the same

Someone did receive their collection email/sms on the 11th working day. Give it another 2 Days or Ring them up tomorrow to notify them

21days / 15 working days since decision made and no passport.

you need to chase them through phone calls and your Mp as vignette will only be valid for 30 days from the date of decision. Also try contacting visa center you attended as if you didn't avail the sms service at the time of submission you might not be notified.

Mrs has applied from Lahore, Pakistan. I received a request for additional information regarding English Language, I pointed them to the UKNARIC assessment I had provided with the application already.

Since then only received the email saying 'too busy and will AIM to process by 31st Oct' and nothing else.
