Can members posting in this topic please stop asking a member who has been posting continously to keep repeating their timelines!!!
Please search or read the last few pages of the topic or search the members posts first as this topic is becoming repetitive with 'can you post your timeline'; 'make duas pls'; 'pray for us'; ' still waiting and you' etc etc. and becoming low value which could result in it being locked permanently. Please only update if you have something to update!!!

It becomes never ending and tiresome to moderate and check constantly, as the last topic we had, running to 1277 pages of low value, mish mash posts proves.

My wife picked her passport today
The bad news the visa refused
Reason not enough evidence
Cause im self employed
I did payed my taxes for last 3 years as self employed
Never claimed benefit been in uk for 23 years always payed my taxes
My next step is to reapply after 6 month
Going to try and get a job work 6 month and submit new application
I wish you all of you all the best
If anyone need help let me know i will hrlp you as much as i can
After 7 month experience with HO
I feel very bad the way they break family's apart
I even bought ticket to fly back home next week and bring my wife
Shame on HO and gaverment
Now they put me on bad position i have to give up my well paid job and start looking for a job and i have to pay everything again for new application
Salam

Well...I hv been through same situation...
My husband is also self employed...
But he sent every bit of document through lawyer.
But home office refused after 7 months because they couldn't find one single paper SA 302 in my documents.
Within 7 months ..my husband and lawyer emailed them so so many times asking them if they need any other docs but they always replied in No.
Moreover my lawyer has prove that he had attached that document to my file .
This is so so careless attitude.
I'm going in appeal.
How can they refuse visa just because of one missing document.which was already sent to them.
I'm so so disappointed and shocked.

Hello Everyone

Is anyone waiting for a decision since January 18?
Yes I'm still waiting since end of January. I have disabled daughter so I don't even require the financial needs but they still won't give me any update or reply I've contacted no too and they haven't heard anythingbbsck either. I find the no useless too. They won't call them when I asked them to. They emailed once like 6 weeks ago

Hi everyone, I've been reading all the post here for the past 5 months and I thought I'll post my time line too.

Country: Philippines
Settlement Spouse Visa with child (Son):Non priority
Online Application: 21/01/2018
Biometric: 13/02/2018
Supporting Doc Received in Sheffield: 16/02/2018

Not straightforward email: 03/05/2018
Escalated 3 times: Received Email stating making decision soon as possible: 02/06/2018
Emailed my Local MP to help me to follow up my visa application, and UKVI told to my MP it will take 24 weeks. Still no decision after 24 weeks, I received email from my local MP 31/07/2018 stating my application is on the long queue and this is very busy time for the Immigration. My MP called them to speed it up because my Son might miss the registration for this school year if the Visa is granted. Takes 20 days before UKVI will make a reply to my Local MP.

I'm Very frustrated right now, I feel like killing myself because of waiting to long.

Escalated on 02/08/2018 as 60 BD were up and just received this email now.

Thank you for your enquiry I apologise for the delay in responding.
We cannot give a time scale for when a decision will be made, however please be assured that we are continuing to work on the application and will make a decision as soon as we are able to.
We appreciate your patience at this time, and will update you as and when we have any additional information.

It doesn't seem like they be making decision anytime soon and will only prolong our misery.

Ok that's great! In that case, I wouldn't worry too much and just wait for the decision to come in.

When I applied for my wife and daughter's visa, it took a total of 58 working days from the time they took their biometrics. They asked us to pay for my daughter's IHS a month after the biometrics and the results were positive and got their visas last week.

I'm happy for you mate, but how did you know that if they asked for IHS the chances of your visa application will be approve? Some of the members here got approved application, but HO didn't asked for their IHS, is that even possible?

Hi,

From reading other people's posts, those that did pay for their child's IHS came back with positive results. I am only basing it on this but do not take my word for it.
