Alot of visas are being granted right now...they may just have backlog or be very busy at the moment...they wont actually give u a valid reason for taking so much time...so those of u waiting a long time dont think the visa wont be granted...just keep positive...duas for everyone insha allah good news for everyone

Anyone know if the travelling person needs the TB certificate with them? The home office still hasnt returned the supporting documents and the tb certificate is in that bundle.

If that doesbt get returned in time will i need to get the mrs to take another test?

We are in same situation....my husband is retaking the test on tuesday bcoz i still havnt recieved supporting documents back n it will have expired too...the HO do state it is needed for application but its not mentioned to show or be needed when traveling...so its better to be safe n have it done again...

Ask the Spouse if they have a photocopy of TB Certificate to carry it with them. Haven't heard anyone say they were asked to produce TB certificate at the ports yet. If in doubt, they have equipment to conduct the TB test on arrivals.

If it's a finacè visa if it's for 6months or less then you don't need pay IHS

Simply state you applied for a 6 months fiance visa as there is a 2.5 unmarried partner settlement visa which is the confusion as you keep stating settlement none married.

If you clearly stated and selected fiance visa then no Ihs is payable.

No, ihs is paid separately and is £600.

A fiance visa DOES NOT have to pay Ihs!!!!

Agreed - sometimes a re-application where mistakes have been corrected is faster and better than an appeal

Mirpur in pakistan. Biometrics were done 31st of july. Phone call last monday and decision this past sunday.

From reading other timelines it looks like the sending of the passport can take anywhere between 1-5 days.

And i think printing the vignette takes longer than the printing of a refusal letter. So the longer it takes after a decision i assume it means you're granted the visa.
