Unfortunately, there is no maximum waiting time as this is a settlement visa, they can take their time.
I applied around the same time as you and I am waiting along with few other people who applied around this time.
I am wondering whether your sponsor is self-employed or working full time for a company
Good luck

Ohhh this waiting thing is so stress full for us and My sponsor she is in uk and she workimg for nhs full time, can you tell me whn u apllied ur visa if u dont mind thanks

I'm working at my dad's company part time but I have a disabled daughter and I applied in January. But over a month ago they emailed saying they have made a decision and my husband passport had expired so he got that back to make a new one and he gave in his new passport about a month ago and we have still not had it back since then. It shouldn't take this long as decision is made so don't know wat is happening now
Ok ok this is very sad, dont worry you will get your visa InshAllahl

Been 8 and a half months now and still no reply or decision. MP has been flogged off with background checks excuse which everyone seems to be getting. Biometrics done 20/03/18 in Islamabad. Don't know how much longer this is going to take.

Your solicitor is correct, you can apply with priority service again. However, due to previous refusal your priority application will likely take longer so that's why it is not recommended to use it.

If you have the money and can afford it then why not go ahead.

Hi Dear, Yes i used priority service and took the risk after refusal.

To my calculation in Nov/Dec they are processing all priority applications very fast some time in 26 working days for country like pakistan and India.

My wife is turkish and applied from Istanbul.

Good Luck for your application but we are happy to be successful :) even after second application !!!

This is the email we got on the 8th of November
 Dear xxxxxxx ,

The processed visa application for GWF reference number -  gwf***** was received at the UK Visa Application Centre on 11/7/2018 .
If a courier service was purchased from VFS Global, your processed application will be delivered to the chosen address.

If not, your documents can be collected during the designated passport collection times.

Please note this is an auto generated e-mail. Please do NOT reply to this email.

I'm confused in email it says recieved 7 of July and we recieved this 11 of November and they still saying it with the decision team I don't know anymore I'm confused so much

UKVI are known to provide different status updates at different times. I would get MP to write to them and find out why its taking so long.

In the mean time continue having sabr and waiting because you have done it so well so far and it's nearly coming to an end now InshaAllah. I hope your hubby is worth it and makes up for it when his in the UK by providing for you and your children!
