My history: My previous application was refused. I went to Uk on spouse visa but my domestic violence was refused coz I didn’t had police report. I then met my present partner. We put application on basis on relationship which was refused as we didn’t complete 2 years of living together. Which later on went on appeal. I made inland application but was refused. I made voluntary return as home office asked me to put application from India. They accepted my relationship said it’s genuine and they don’t doubt the relationship or income or accommodation but asked me to apply from India. I came back on 7th January and submitted online application on the same day. Before putting this application we completed 4 years of living together now.

I’m worried now

Hi everyone
as I have received my original documents from HO today with enclosed letter which is saying that they have received my documents and all scanned if they need anything from me for further action they will contact me via email now I am little bit worried my some documents was less then 28days old and some was over old then 28 days just wondering if will be any problem and also as I have received the letter still the HO will send me the email as well or not

I am very stress and scared don’t know what the decision going to be please help

Hi dont worry that's normal. This show that they have had a look at all your documents that u send them, so this will go to next stage.. I send my documents to them in August 2018, they had it with them till last month ( March) still they asked me for additional documents which then I send them via email.. it's taken them 8 month and yesterday I received a email saying my wife Visa was ready to collect.. I found out this morning her Visa was granted.. so please dont panic it's all normal it's a good thing they send your documents back so quickly that's a good thing it gone to next stage.. good luck

I dont know why as the days are going im getting nervous and sick .. my husband is soo stressed out not that well aswell he just wants to see his son ya Allah help us

i answered all the questions just want everything to be prefect ... was tensed and excited

as i have beeen through soooo much.
After the interview i felt good but this wait is literally killing so sooo scared

Does any one knw how long they take to make decision after the interview ?????

Please dont overstress yourself and same is the advise for your husband also.
These things we cannot control at all.

If you fetch this forum deeply....you will find out that there were lots of people who applied in Nov 2017 or Dec 2017 got their decisions in April end 2018 lastyear.
Some applicants waited even over 8 months,after submitting documents against their request or interviews.
No wondér we are made to wait more than 60 WD days.Keep yourself busy in some job or work all the time.

If it has been 60 working days and you want to enquire about the status of your application. You can submit paid enquiry at below link

60 WD is min time you should wait before sending email to HO... However you can easily find out email address or link to send mail on gov.uk website. Thnx

U can contact them but they not going to reply u much cos they says before the time period over there is no need to contact and sometimes in some cases they give u visa and send ur papers back don’t worry just pray for the positive result .good luck

Yes.... There are quite few people in this forum who have applied almost on same dates.... all are waiting and getting frustrated day by day...... Being treated like international criminals after marriage.

Ahh still no news such a shame! Honestly it’s so sad and so bad! And such a horrible feeling of stress and worry.
It’s been the whole Easter weekend as well which hasn’t helped.
I hope we hear good news soon there is quiet a few of us around the same time frame who are waiting and opted for the non-priority service so I think there has been more of a delay for us

In my case 66 WD are gone....Really no end to this agony,mental stress and frustration... come to know that today also there is bank holiday in UK.... So again cannot expect anything from them... No place.. Have to keep ourselves burning in this oven like situation.
