Does this mean she has to collect her passport?
My wife went today to Islamabad to collect her passport!

Keep us updated. I feel for you! At least they have contacted you, so you know what they need from you... May I ask please? Did you get this email before from the homeoffice?
"As we have previously advised, the processing of this application has not been straightforward. Prior to making a decision on an Entry Clearance application, a number of mandatory checks need to be completed in both the applicant’s home country and the UK. Although we aim to decide all applications within our published service standards, this is not always possible as the length of time taken to complete these checks is dependent on the individual circumstances of each case."

• Received another email from the Sheffield Home Office: 7th November 2019 - 'Unfortunately, the processing of your application has not been straightforward and we will be unable to decide your application within our customer service targets. We are continuing to work on your application and aim to make a decision as soon as possible.' - 58th working day from biometrics.
• 60 working days from biometrics: 11th November 2019 - No updates.
STILL WAITING ... IT'S BEEN 71 WORKING DAYS TODAY SINCE BIOMETRICS
In order to track your application, you have to log onto gov.uk and it will redirect you to the relevant commercial partner whether its TLS or VFS and then you can track it and check the progress. If you used a lawyer they will do this for you.
