Hey guys, I'm very stressed out atm as I missed 2 phonecalls from the home office today. What happens if they don't phone back? Will the visa application get rejected?

Did they leave a message? How do you know it was HO?

It may be worth sending an email expressing your apology that you missed the call due to whatever commitment and suggest availability?

Oh I will be so careful now! Hearing those voicemails gave me anxiety😞 what do you think would happen if the 3rd time the call gets missed aswell?

I have been following everyones posts and was concerned as we had not heard anything. Maybe this might comfort some of you.

Priority application first time for husband. We had a solicitor look over everything before submission.

Online application submitted 3/12/19

Biometrics 17/12/19 at Islamabad
Document scanning 17/12/19 at Bradford
Email and text confirming application 17/12/19

No further emails and no contact from HO for either of us.

Text message 14/01/20 application recieved (which was confusing to say the least...expected passport collection message)
Email 14/01/20 passport collection.
Passport collected 15/01/20. Visa Approved. Alhamdulillah

Total 16/17 working days. Visa was actually issued last week for 30 days. I guess it takes some time to get back to Islamabad

Good luck to all

Online App Submitted: 19th / November/ 2019

Supporting Docs Scanned in : 28th / November/ 2019

Biometrics Done on : 28th / November/ 2019

Thankyou Email Received for online application - 28th / November- 2019

Missed a call from HO - 7th January 2020
(Voicemail saying she will call back tomorrow)

Received email saying “NOT STRAIGHT FORWARD” - 8th January 2020

It’s now 13th January and no call - I called the visa phone number and they said decision still waiting and someone will call back. Hope to hear soon. It’s been 6 weeks since we have summited.

Anyone in the same boat ?! I have my phone with me 24/7!! Just waiting for the call 🙄
Update to my timeline above (Raziakhan)

Update

Received at call from Home office on the Tuesday 14th January. She rang me at 8am / lasted around 8/10 mins
Asking about my job. Just to verify everything. She was really nice. Allhumduillah.

on the same day she rung my office but our manager wasn’t available to speak and the worker that picked up said ‘ yes she does work here, but I’m not the right person to answer your questions’ and gave her manger personal mobile number’

Now we are waiting for the home office to call manager. Inshallah they call him soon so we can get a decision.

Please pray for me!!

Hi,

Does anyone know the Email address and Phone Number where we can get in touch to receive an update on the application?

Based on my own research I found that when you call, the call costs a lot of money.

Has anyone tried getting in touch using email, do they respond in good time?

Thanks

Hey,
I did my biometric on 17.12.19.
I got a phone call from DHL and they will delivery my passport on Sunday.. but I didn’t get any email from TLS/anyone saying “ready to collect”/ “decision made”.
Even in the TLS website the status is still “application received by the DMC” which mean there is no decision yet.

Should I worry?
How I’m spouse to get my passport according to what I said above?

I didnt receive any calls that's why fear its rejected as the email we got talks about appeals at bottom of it and the email is very different to normal people's emails

No one can give you an actual reply as to whether granted, calm your nerves and hope you come back shortly to give a positive feedback.

Hey, Don't worry, it will be good news. I have a question, do you know around what UK or PAK time your husband got the email and text?
