Enough is a Enough of Home Office delays.
Holding people's passports beyond the given time frame is unacceptable and unjust. Not only do Home Office have the applicant's important documents, they also with hold family supporting vital documents (who are British citizens) It's outrageous! This needs to be sorted or at least people be informed of the real reason why it's taking over a year to receive decisions on applications. Money taken from account and service not rendered.
The fact that one is not a British Citizen does not mean they should be treated any less, we are all humans!
