Hi. I just noticed that my eea application received by the home office on 29. July 17 for a residence certification contains an original German birth certificate of my son.
Any other documents are in the English language.
I am a nanny with low income (no tax payer), and applied based on the fact that my son with disability is in education beginning from January 2014.
I am on carer's allowance for my son. My son and me are not British. No father here.
Will they return the birth certificate and ask for a translation or will I have to send a completely new application?
There are other documents that are showing my relationship to my son like school letters and our same second name and mentioned on a deed poll name change certificate.
I cannot apply for permanent residence until January 2019 so this is only for a residence registration certificate.
When I apply for permanent residence later, I can on show I've been tax payer for ca 2 years in full time and another year part time as non tax payer. The rest of the time we depend on benefits.
I included my pvg certificate as nanny in my application. I'm not a registered childminder yet.
