Child born in UK

Post by Sai321 » Mon Jul 03, 2017 10:12 am

Hello Guru,

I am getting my ILR this month through Tier-2 General 5 years route.
I heard I can directly apply for naturalization for my child (1 year old) born in UK currently on Tier-2 dependent visa expires on 21 Aug 2017.

Can you please let me know the procedure of apply naturalization?

Thanks,
Sai

Once your ILR comes through, you can register your child using Form MN1. If you apply using a Nationality Checking Service (NCS), you will get to keep your original documents while the application is under consideration with the Home Office.
