CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!!!
I am British and married my Burmese girlfriend in Burma. I'm now returning to work in the UK and want my wife to join me.
Everyone says I have to complete the 'Family of a Settled person visa'.
The last question on this application is 'Right of Abode' and is a ticky box answer.
All the questions relate to commonwealth citizens. I cannot tick any of these boxes for my Burmese wife, therefore, cannot complete the application.
Am I completing the correct application? Is there another one for a non-commonwealth citizen?
