COS Status

Hi All,

My employer informed me that my cos status has been changed today to "USED" from "Expired".
Does this mean application is being considered or a decision has been made or any other thing?
How long will it take to get response from UKVI after cos status change?

once the decision is made, the status changes to used, but it should have changed from assinged to used.
no one can predict how long it will take.. it depends on where u have applied from etc.. could be around a week to get the doc back.

Thank you for the prompt update.

I am still waiting for the decision where my COS was issued in Feb 2017 and thus it epired in May 2017. Yesterday, my employer said that COS status has been changed to "USED".

I made an "in-country" application in Feb 2017.
