Family route

Hi basically i am married to British citizen and i had spouse visa twice for 2 and half years but I have applied both times on the basis of human rights family route 10 years,because our income was not 18600 thats why we have applied on that route.my question is now our 5 years has been completed can I apply for indefinite?thanks,

Unless your circumstances have changed, you need to complete the full 10 years before qualifying for ILR.
(Casa, not CR001)
