upper tribunal appeal allowed

Post by Athwal » Mon Jul 03, 2017 10:40 pm

Hi, i won my appeal from first tribunal and judge allowed my appeal on the spot, home office didn't ask me any questions as they looked like given up, the reason they refused my application at that time I didn't had any contact with child and had no proofs so I applied just to buy some time from home office knowing I'll get refused just to go through family court proceedings which i did and got contact order and pr. I overstayed my visa for 5 years and have British child and got contact order and parental responsibility, I wasn't married To my ex. What are the chances home office appealing the decision? Thanks
