Tier 2 Health Surcharge Refund and Dependent Applications

Hi ,

I recently changed my visa from Tier 2 dependant to Tier 2 General. Previously I was with Tier 2 dependant for the past 1 year but I paid the IHS for 3 years period. When I switched my Visa , my employer paid the IHS for new Visa . Is it possible to get the refund for my old IHS ?
