ILR application before completing 5 year as tier2 dependent

Hello There,

I am on tier2 dependent visa since Nov 2014 to Sep 2019. before i was tier4 dependent for one year. our tier2 visa will expire 40 days before its completes five year. when it comes Nov 2019 it would complete 5 year and we can apply for ILR as usual. but when my employer create COS they mentioned my work start date is SEP 2014 and end date is SEP 2019. I applied visa in NOV 2014. so Home office gave us visa until SEP 2019.

Questions..?

1. Is there any way Tier2 visa holder can apply ILR 40 days before completing their Tier2 visa period ?
2. if yes, can dependent apply for ILR at the same time ?
3. if NO, if tier 2 visa holder extend their visa for another period and can dependent apply for ILR when they are completing 5 year without renewing their visa ?

What do you mean by this? If you have a Tier 2 General Dependent then you don't require a CoS

Assuming you are a Tier 2 Dependent visa holder, when does your partner qualify for ILR??

You will have to extend your Tier 2 General visa (you need to clarify your post as it is not clear). No, a Tier 2 General Dependent CANNOT apply for ILR if the Tier 2 General dependent is not applying at the same time or does not already have ILR based on Tier 2.
