hello,
I have a very peculiar situation, I have received my ILR back in 2011, unfortunately back at that time i became homeless and lost my ILR printed card, also I was not informed of applying for BRP(it took me 5 years to come to that information), now I am trying to apply for BRP I have the application filled, the only problem I have now is that, I dont have any photographed ID as my ILR was the only photographed ID which was lost and i have reported it to police. i still have home office documents up to when i applied for ILR and waiting for a decision.
i have withing my documents
1. letter of home office that states my application has been taken and awaits decision (2010)
2. letter from home office which states my interview and applying for ILR (2005)
3. letters from my legal advisers and solicitors.
so my questions are;
1. is it absolutely necessary to have photographed id to apply for BRP?
2. are the documents above are enough for BRP application?
3. where can i get help with acquiring ID? (i have no photographed id and without it i cant do anything, even though i have recorded history of studying and working here and JSA claim records, im pretty much been stuck in limbo for 5 years now)
any information that can help me or point me toward right direction are very much appreciated.
many thanks.
