My advice is the same. You will have to apply for an entry clearance visa (settlement) for your child and they will have to extend their visa when your wife applies for her extensions...and will qualify for ILR only when your wife does.Prevy wrote:My wife is already here in the uk with me.Our daughter is the only one who's back home
Yes, as the lounge will be counted as a room. In any event, your child will only require their own room after the age of 10. See below for the official guidance - 12. MAA12 OvercrowdingPrevy wrote:Okay.Thank you I now understand ,financial requirement is now sorted.
how Does 1 bedroom with a lounge meet the accomodatiin requirement?
Please do. In the meantime, post if you need any more help with the application.Prevy wrote:Thank you so much.I will update you.Im applying for her visa next month.
Not unless the property is in multiple occupancy. How many people are living there?Prevy wrote:Hi Casa
Is it very important to have a property evaluation report as supporting documents or it's not that necessary
Thanks
Should be fine. If the apartment is rented you will need written permission from the landlord agreeing to your wife living there.Prevy wrote:3 people in a 2bedroom apartment
