Help with Settlement Child or Other Dependant of Settled Per

My brother who is 15 lives abroad and I have recently applied for his custody which was granted.
My mother passed away so he was looked after by my sister due to long term illness of my father. My sister will move out the country and she cannot take my brother with her. I am financially able to support him in the UK. Please help to work out what sort of visa that I should apply on his behalf.

I have recently been granted legal custody of my brother. My mother passed away 4 years ago and my father suffer from long term illness and cannot look after him. My brother was looked after by my sister who is not been offered a job abroad and she has accepted it. This means that she cannot take him with her and the only option left is for me to bring him to UK. Please let me know if the Settlement

If under 18 then yes child settlement visa. This
