COS AND SALARY RELATION

Hi,

I am switching from Tier 4 to Tier 2 general visa.
After I signed the contract with the company, they issued me COS. But now I realise that the salary doesn't match the minimum salary requirement and have told the company to amend it. Can I still use the COS they assign me with the first contract or they will have to issue me a new COS.

Anyone knows , please respond urgently. Thanks!

they must add a note to the cos.
Best to get a letter from them as well, which details this.
once cos is issued, u cant amend it. Usually cos notes are for minor things, but they can possibly add this and say it was a mistake.
