Hello there,
I'm currently on the Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa and will be submitting my application for ILR in January 2018.
Below is the point-scoring requirements for Tier 1 Entrepreneur route to ILR based on my understanding. Feel free to correct me if the points are inaccurate.
20 points - the applicant has or had invested 200,000K in his last grant of leave (no evidence required for ILR if he was awarded points for funds 200,000K)
20 points - registered as a director with Companies House within 6 months of his entry to the UK (no evidence required for ILR if he was awarded points previously)
20 points - the business or businesses have created 24 months of employment for settled workers on ILR route (i'm under transitional arrangement)
15 points - the applicant has spent the specified continuous period lawfully in the UK, with absences from the UK of no more than 180 days in any 12 calendar months
10 points - English language and Life in the UK test
10 points - maintenance funds to support yourself and your family
95 Points in total
Questions:
1. Are these points accurate in accordance with UKVI point scoring assessment?
2. I've made two trips into the UK in 2012 during my initial grant. Do I start calculating the absences from the UK from the 1st entry into the UK?
3. Do I need to provide evidence for maintenance funds for my PBS dependant and myself for ILR?
Your advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
