Help application for BC: Form AN / Form MN1

hello Everyone!
I really need a bit of help with my application: I am Non-eu marry with a N0n-eu and have 3 children: 14/10/1 years old, we got ILR on 2012 so that mean that our little one, who born in Uk last year, is British.
Now we want apply for BC but it is really expensive so we decided apply BC just for my and my oldest son ( 14 years old) and I need to someone can help me with some questions:

- I have to send my Son's birth certificate?
- I have to send my Marriage certificated?
The thing is our certificates are in spanish, so they need to be translated in english?
- How can I prove my Son's residence? he is in secondary school. That need to be for the last 5 years?
- The 2 referees can be the same person for both or we need to find 2 referees for each one?
- In my own case, I going to send P60's for the las 5 years but also I need to send a letter of my employer and pay slips? I am working in the same company for the last 10 years.
