Switching to tier 2 dependant from tier 2 general

Hi All,

I am a tier 2 general and my wife is dependant of me. Recently she got sponsorship from her office.
And she went to India and apply her tier 2 general.

So in the case, Could I switch to tier dependant of her from UK or I need to go india?

Also there is no clear information that how do apply tier 2 dependant from inside UK .

Online application form , support ING documents etc..
Could you please advise me if you have any idea.

Which means license number of my current or my wife new employer ?
