Tier 1 Entrepreneur Extension Visa Questions

Hi All,
I came to UK in 2008 sept as a student, got my psw after that, then me and my friend together applied for tier 1 entrepreneur 50k route as a team. we got our visa in 2014 april. we applied for extension in april 2017. we gave our biometrics and got exceptional complex letter as well. we submitted all documents as per the guidelines but as our accountant used a different software he could not able to provide us FPS document. still we are trying to get them asap and send to UKVI. My questions are


1. How can we get fps ?
2. Can we use a different software now?
3. can we still get them?
4. And I am running short of almost a year for my 10 year ilr route can anyone suggest me what can i do in worst case.

How can this be true if you have not submitted the FPS ?

Yes, you can still send in the FPS. Many users in this forum seemed to have used Moneysoft for the purpose - try that. But I am sure you can google for payroll software and find others too.

Focus on getting this through rather than worry about beating the system - is there any reason why you think you won't get the extension ?

thanks for the reply, we tried moneysoft. I saw many people in this forum saying that failing to provide fps may have poor chance of getting visa so that's the reason i am worried.
