Ok.

CR001, is there a rule or requirement for FLR(M) first time application, that I have need to be cohabiting with fiancee for 2years prior to marriage? I am a bit confused regarding this. Please advise.

Many thanks.

2yrs married/unmarried cohabitation necessary for FLR(M)?

Post by sumannath » Mon Jul 24, 2017 3:57 am

Hi all,

Is 2years married/unmarried cohabitation necessary for FLR(M)?

My fiancee and myself will live together from the 1st August 2017, get married in end of October 2017 and I will apply for FLR(M) on the 1st May 2018. Does this not fulfil or not meet any cohabitation criteria? Please let me know.

Thanks,
Suman

FLR(M) JOINT ADDRESS PROOFS

Post by sumannath » Wed Jul 26, 2017 11:25 am

Hi All,

I have a question regarding address proofs for FLR(M) for proving cohabitation.

I plan to show cohabitation with my fiancee at her parents' house from 1st July 2017 until my application date 1st May 2018 (BTW we are getting married in end of October 2017). For this duration:

1. Will 4 different months joint bank account statement account for 4 of the 6 required joint address proofs?

2. If yes to above, then can I show the 6 joint address proofs from 3 different sources? - 4 different months bank statements + a 2nd joint address proof + a 3rd joint address proof (So, 4+1+1= 6)

Please advice.

Many thanks,
Suman

CR001/Casa/others,

Does 3 different months bank statements count as 3 different address proof?

Thanks,
Suman

Hi All,

Just wanted to thank everyone here that have helped me in the past with my queries regarding FLR(M). I have been granted the visa yesterday from Glasgow PSC for the duration of 30months. So my switch from Tier 2 to FLR(M) is successfully accomplished now. Thanks once again.

Best regards,
Suman
