About A2 Test of English

It's been ages and kudos to you guys for good job you're doing.
Please I need your help,I just heard about A2 test of English,but my wife has got Uk naric and she used that for her first 2.5 years,does it mean she needs to do A2 test again?

Thanks for that,I got panicky when I saw it sort of. One more question please, if we didn't pay NHS surcharge in 1st application, are we bound to pay this time around? The surcharge wasn't in place when she got her 1st 2.5 years visa?

Yes, things do change with regards to visas and wish I could say otherwise but you do have to pay health surcharge with this application.
