Critical skills work permit - child

Post by brandont » Tue Jul 18, 2017 6:20 pm

I have just arrived in Ireland on a critical skills work permit, my wife is a British citizen and our daughter and myself are South African citizens. What process should I follow to get a residence card for my daughter? My understanding is she can only remain in the country for 90 days however the EU1 form and the stamp 4 EU FAM both say they take 6 months.
Could you please advise on what the best route is to follow.
Many thanks in advance.
