I have gone through quite a number of threads regarding Tier 2 general - Change of employment extension.
The documents needed by UKBA for the process seem fairly straight forward (BRP card, International Passport and 2 passport photographs)
I have also noticed quite a number of people on the thread made mention of Applications being put on hold for extra verifications with employers and the employee.
Would it then be wise taking this extra documents to the Premium Visa appointment to ensure getting the Tier 2 visa on the day since it seems to be what the tend to request for from employers, just to speed up the process and avoid delays
- RLMT job advertisement pages (signed and collected from employer)
- Offer letter granted after RLMT
- Cover Letter from Employer stipulating the staff strength above the required 250 hence can advertise on their company website in addition to the Job center plus website
- Detailed job description
Although the above is not required or requested for, but with the recent spate of delays of premium visa applications for Tier 2 extensions, am "thinking" of (and probably future applicants) getting these documents from the future employer and presenting it along with the "Mandatory" documents.
