Hello
My wife is going to apply for her Flrm this month do I need send my passport or photocopy my passport full pages and if its a photocopy does it have to be in colour or can it be in black and white.
also my wife worked at her new job for only 4 days but then left as she did not enjoy it but now she has a new job which is part time which she will get a letter confirming her contract but the first job which was only 4 days would she need to address this or can she just show her new job as her main job]thanks

As my knowledge, You don't need to send your original passport. Black & white photocopy is enough.
For job you don't need to update if you meet financial requirement in your financial year. Good Luck
