Proof of Documents to provide for sharedownership house

Post by janie123 » Thu Jul 20, 2017 10:42 am

Hello Team and Gurus,

I am planning to bring my child here in UK first time who is born in India as my DEPENDANT CHILD who is turning 3years in December.

I am British citizen but my wife is still my dependant whose got entry clearance visa due to renewal in April,2018.

we recently bought a single bed flat in London which consists of one bedroom, one living room and separate Spam on a shared ownership basis on which we hold 40% share and housing association will hold 60% share

My question is what documents to show as proof of residence.
I know if I hold 100% share I can show Land registry title documents and mortgage documents.
But I have mortgage documents with me but title documents shows I am only 40% owner.
Does UKBA accept this? (or)

any one faced this before?, what documents need to be submitted as proof of residence in this case?

Please guide me
