EEA PERMANENT RESIDENCE CARD AND BIOMETRICS QUERY PLS HELP !

Hi all ,

This is my first post on here , even though i have always come on here for advise , but this time i need personal advise as i feel my case is very different from all the ones i have seen on here.

Here is my story .

I am a native of Nigeria and i applied for a student visa in 2002 which was refused and i appealed and was also refused around 2003, on advise of a travel agent i reapplied in 2004 under different details , which was approved in 2004 as a student .

i completed HND and around 2008 , my visa was refused due to incomplete paper work , i wrote to the home office to explain , but instead i got a letter to return back to my home country in 2009.

I was already in a relationship with an EEA national at this point , we got married in 2010 and i thought this is an opportunity for me to go back to my original name , (name is similar just surname and d.o.b are different). i was granted a residence card in feb 2011.

Relationship broke down due to pressure from her family regarding my race in 2014 and we got divorced in the same year and i applied for RRR in late 2014 , RRR was initially refused in 2015 but granted on appeal in 2016.

So here is the problem ,i am now due for Permanent residence card but i already enrolled for biometrics in 2008 with previous details and if i apply for now , my details will definitely come up, also i remember i already advised i am not known under any other names on my application , which isn't true.

i have spoken to a couple of immigration lawyer and they both advised i wait till 2021 , which doesnt make any sense as i will still need to enroll for biometric at that time as well.

Please any advice will be appreciated as i am in limbo .
