Payment section of Form SET (LR)

Dear board members,

Iam going to apply for ILR on the basis of long residency by the end of next month, I booked the appointment for premium one day service and I paid the required fee online upfront.
I have got print of payment check list but Iam confused about what I have to write in the application form payment section, I left it completely blank as there is no need to fill the card details again or to tick any payment amount box because payment has already been made online,
Please reply me if any of the payment section part needs to fill in or signed by me or left the whole blank, self experienced answers required

Leave it blank, you have already paid so no need to complete this section.
