Spouse Visa - Can I work as a sole trader?

Post by georgeb » Mon Jul 24, 2017 1:37 pm

My wife is the second year of a spouse visa, married to myself a UK born citizen.
I understand my wife is allowed to work on this visa, but is she allowed to set up as a sole trader?
She would like to do some teaching.

Thank you
