Job creation - ILR after Tier 1 entrepreneur Extn.

Post by Zaidat » Tue Jul 25, 2017 4:18 pm

Hello everyone,

I got my tier 1 entrepreneur (50K) extensions few months back. However, one of my employees, which is a European needs to go home for personal reasons for three months and we agreed that she will work remotely from there for whole period. She will stay in my payroll with the same salary and contract, and paid via PAYE.

My question: will these three months be accounted for the ILR application, in term of job creation?

Many thanks in advance,

Zaid

Zimba is correct. And there's no reason for you to mention that in your application
