Visa type

Post by Talkseasy » Tue Jul 25, 2017 6:09 pm

Hello my wife ( from Philippines ) and I were married in march , we successfully applied for leave to remain and she was granted 30 months , my question to you is , we are thinking of moving to Philippines next year ( for 5 years ) will she have to apply all over again and what type of visa wild it be ? I'm aware that she can't spend more than 90 days per year away from uk , so I know she's going to have to apply again but what visa type thanks

A spouse settlement visa. She will be on a new 5 year route to permanent residence (2.5 x 2.5 years).
