FLR (M) extension

Post by shravz1103 » Wed Jul 26, 2017 11:09 am

Hello Folks,

Before I begin, this forum is great place, appreciate all the work people volunteer.

I have couple of questions:

1. FLR (O) for my partner expires on 19/08/17, valid from 19/11/14, Partner arrived in UK on 14/02/15, will their be an issue with extension due to the timeframe from issue to arrival, its because he was employed at the time and had to give notice and work it before he could leave.

2. When can we apply for FLR (M) as it current visa expires on19/08/17?

3. I have SA320 for tax year 2015/2016, yet to receive SA320 for tax year 2016/2017. Will this be an issue for proof of funds for financial requirments.

4. I have been working as a locum till date since May 2017, so only have weekly wages slips since, as prior to this i was on maternity, therefore i do not have enough wage slips for 6months
Not sure what to do? ……….. If i submit the SA320 and the wage slips also, which clearly show i exceed the threshold of £18,600 will that be enough and which components do i complete on form is it Section B and ?

5. I start a new job on 02/08/17 as Junior Doctor, I have a copy of my contract that was emailed to me showing about of salary per annum, which exceeds the financial requirement, will this letter suffice or do I require any further evidence. Should I even include this, given the above point of current situation, so as not confuse them accessor.

6. I have paid the Immigration Health Surcharge, I checked before i completed payment It was only £200. Is that right, I thought it was more, don’t get me wrong I am happy that its less then i thought it would be. But, a little wary incase it should be more and it will impact on the application.

Many thanks, appreciate the time, if someone could help with my queries.
