I seems to have a problem I m a silent reader from last a couple of months ..i have win my appeal ( eea efm )on 16th oct had an hearing and allowed orally same day from judge but written confirmation he wrote next day on 17th but it's been sent out on 26th oct allowed determination .14 days wait circle started but on 6th nov home office sent out a re-enroll biometric letter asking to give fresh bio metrics the previous one expired witch was given in 2016 (my passport also been expired in ) ..letter has been sent out from Liverpool office whom mostly deals refused cases because otherwise post visa team is basing in Sheffield.they have not sent any implementation or acknowledgement letter of the judge decision ? .anyway very confusing and stressing situation pleas anyone can advice on the matter will be a big help..regards
Received determination - 09/08 (this is the judge's written confirmation)
After some mistake with my reference number with the HO I was sent a letter to re-enrol my biometric. I last did this in July 2017. The letter was dated 16/10, received 19/10, re-enrolled - 20/10
I am yet to receive my BRP but my brother's arrived today and its dated 08/11. Fingers crossed mine turns up soon as well. It has been over 90 days for me. And not quite so for you yet. Just keep waiting I guess
