Congrats to every who got it !

I seems to have a problem I m a silent reader from last a couple of months ..i have win my appeal ( eea efm )on 16th oct had an hearing and allowed orally same day from judge but written confirmation he wrote next day on 17th but it's been sent out on 26th oct allowed determination .14 days wait circle started but on 6th nov home office sent out a re-enroll biometric letter asking to give fresh bio metrics the previous one expired witch was given in 2016 (my passport also been expired in ) ..letter has been sent out from Liverpool office whom mostly deals refused cases because otherwise post visa team is basing in Sheffield.they have not sent any implementation or acknowledgement letter of the judge decision ? .anyway very confusing and stressing situation pleas anyone can advice on the matter will be a big help..regards
Court appeal - 18/07
Received determination - 09/08 (this is the judge's written confirmation)

After some mistake with my reference number with the HO I was sent a letter to re-enrol my biometric. I last did this in July 2017. The letter was dated 16/10, received 19/10, re-enrolled - 20/10

I am yet to receive my BRP but my brother's arrived today and its dated 08/11. Fingers crossed mine turns up soon as well. It has been over 90 days for me. And not quite so for you yet. Just keep waiting I guess

Hi,

It's been a long time coming but my BRP finally arrived yesterday. It was issued on the 20th Nov. My brother got his BRP on 15/11 and his was issued 08/11. I don't know why they ask some applicants to re-enroll. My brother and I both had to re-enroll. Apparently, the last one expired which doesn't make sense.

Hi all
I received the implementation letter from home office today after winning the ftt appeal allowed... I didn’t understand what does home office mean by saying this paragraph.. I applied FLR(LR) and was refused n won the case in ftt and appeal was allowed on human rights grounds..

“ while initial application was indefinite leave to remain, checking the judge determination you were unable to meet immigration rule for ILR at the appeal and they allowed the appeal on private life...
And they told me pay health surcharge...

1) I will be getting 30 months visa but what next after that ?
Do I have to extend visa every 2.5 years ?

Hi All,

I have been a silent observer and wanted to share my timeline (though not yet completed) -

04/05/2017 - Home office denied ILR because my job was TUPED over from one NHS body to another without sponsor licence even though my office was at fault and wrote the HO several times about it as i had raised this issue but the HR said it would not be an issue :?
31/06/2017 - Admin review rejected as apparently the req was on me to check paperwork etc even though the HR stated otherwise.
10/07/2017 - applied for ILR through 10 year route
15/11/2017 - rejected as even though i was legally working. the application prior to the 10 years ILR was 4 days late even though it was within the 15 days grace period. (Yes they can do that). Court date set for 04/08/2018 for appeal
29/07/2018 - Court date adjourned as home office not prepared to 04/12/2018.
04/12/2018 - Court case heard.
11/01/2019 - Appeal allowed by judge in a strong decision for it.
29/01/2019 - Home office grant ILR with Passports returned.

Waiting for BRP, lawyer is confident will be max a month.

I had a very good barrister which made a massive difference in the appeal. Hope this helps! patience is key

Hi Ali,

It is normal to ask for bio metrics as you gave them long time ago hence they asked for it nothing to worry.

I am still waiting for confirmation letter from home office I have chased my solicitor today if he has received any letter I will update you soon.

Dear Ali

Any update on your brp ?

I received a letter on Friday to enrol my biometrics and booked it for Tuesday 22/10 .

Any idea how long is the processing time of the application after enrolling the biometrics in the successful appeal cases ?

best Regards

you will receive brp end of oct Inshallah.
they will send it to your solicitor, so after biometrics ask your solicitor regularly as some time they dont care.

hello everyone, I won my appeal and I just received the letter of the judge's decision this 31 October. I have already submitted to fingerprinting in July 2019. How long do I have to wait to get my biometrics card?
