You will also have to pay £600 Immigration Health Surcharge PLUS the visa fee of £1464 (assuming you are applying outside the UK).
What country are you a national of? You might have to meet the English A1 requirement.
Where is your spouse now, UK or abroad?
Does your spouse earn a minimum of £18,600pa with at least 6 months evidence to prove it (payslips and bank statements etc)?
This is a 5 year route to Indefinite Leave to Remain (PR), 2 x 2.5 year visas.
