Hi All,
This forum is the ultimate place for immigration related questions. I always come here for immigration related questions. Thanks all for this forum
I would be grateful if someone throws some light on this refusal letter and how can we re-apply again with more evidence.
My sister applied for Family Visit visa (along with her 3 year old son) and it is been rejected. Please find the attached rejection letter.
We have provided them the bank statement for almost a year (around 50 pages).
They have raised a couple of points in the letter:
1) The first point they raised in the letter is that I have done lots of transfers into my sister's account.
There are maximum 15 transactions from me to send money for the maintenance of our rented home
(parents are living in that rented home). During those period my parents were visited UK and in their
absence my sister was taking care of it and I was transferring money into her account for the payment
of rent.
Can I provide the rental agreement of the apartment(in India) and my parents passport (as a proof of they visited UK) along with the proper explanation in the covering letter?
2) The second point is that there is no evidence of her husband's financial status.
Do we need to provide the bank statements of her husband as well? He owns an auto-rikshaw and he runs it for his livelihood. What document we need to provide for him?
Gurus/experienced on this forum, please give your expert opinion on this. Thanks in advance.
